The Junkers Flugzeugwerk Betriebs GmbH was another company, which was established following the second Junkers collapse of 7th March 1932. This company was founded by the trustees of Junkers Flugzeugwerke A.G. to buy the facilities at Dessau from Junkers Flugzeugwerke A.G. and lease them back to the previous owner. First of all, this act was performed to capitalize the Junkers' immobilities for the JFA funds. Second it was intended to sell the Junkers Flugzeugwerk Betriebs GmbH to other aircraft manufacturers in the case, that Junkers Flugzeugwerke A.G. was not able to capitalize enough money for fullfilling all demands and adding the sales price to the JFA funds.

However, in November 1932 Hugo Junkers was able to repay all open demands after the sale of his Junkers + Co. company to Robert Bosch. Up to that time no transfers from Junkers Flugzeugwerke A.G. to Junkers Flugzeugwerk Betriebs GmbH had been taken place. The company was dissolved shortly later.
